Q | How far in advance do I need to place my order?
A | All orders are to be placed two hours in advance from pick-up. If you’d like to place an order sooner than that, give us a call at the number below and we’ll see if we can fit your order in, no guarantees, but let’s see what we can do!
Q | Is OHMB’s production kitchen open to the public to walk in and pick-up brownies?
A | THERE IS NO PUBLIC ACCESS. We will bring your order out to you in your car.
Q | How should I store my brownies?
A | They are best kept stored in the freezer if not immediately consumed. Remove 15 minutes before serving.
Q | Am I able to return or get a refund on my order after it is placed?
A | All orders are final after submitting them. We do not refund or cancel orders after they have been placed.

Q | How do I place my order?
Q | When do I need to place my order by for delivery by?
A | All orders are due by Friday night at 11:59 PM for delivery the following week, NO EXCEPTIONS. Orders placed after that will be delivered the following week.
Q | Where can I find the DELIVERY ZONE SCHEDULE?
A | Two tabs above under “Delivery Zone Schedule.”
Q | What if I need my brownies delivered on a different day?
A | We may or may not be able to fulfill this request, If we’re able to, an increased delivery charge will apply. You can always get your brownies delivered early and you can pop them in the freezer when they’re ready to be served.
Q | When will my brownies be delivered by?
A | Business Orders: When placing your order put in the order notes when you need your order delivered by.
A | Residential Orders: We build our delivery schedule based off of all the orders that come in and cannot guarantee a specific time, especially when weather and road conditions are involved.
Q | If I’m not home, what do we do about this?
A | Your #BrownieDealer will put your on your door handle. If you want, this will help in the warmer months, place a cooler outside your door that we can place your brownies in. If your order has been outside for a little while that day, pop your brownies in the freezer before eating.

A | They are best kept stored in the freezer if not immediately consumed. Remove 15 minutes before serving.
Q | Am I able to return or get a refund on my order after it is placed?
A | All orders are final after submitting them. We do not refund or cancel orders after they have been placed.
Q | Whose responsible?
A | After an order is dropped off, OHMB is not responsible for any orders that are left outside for extended periods of time, stolen and orders that are delivered to the wrong address (If we are given the wrong address on the order notes). If your address is being goofy and when put in a GPS app brings you to a different location, please drop a pin and in the order notes put the correct pin or coordinates.

A | All orders are final after submitting them. We do not refund or cancel orders after they have been placed.
Q | Whose responsible?
A | OHMB is not responsible for your shipping order once it leaves our shop, unless there is something that happened during preparation of the order in the box. We cannot control how the parcel service handles your product, if there is a delay in shipping or if you or the recipient lets the package sit on the doorstep for a period of time after the order has been delivered. The risk falls on the person ordering the product and not OHMB.

Q | I have specific allergies, how do I know if your brownies are safe for me to eat?
A | We cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination of allergens, but we do everything we can to prevent it. Our environment contains gluten, peanuts, tree-nuts. All of our products contain dairy and eggs. Our Gluten-Free Friendly brownies are prepped on a separate cleaned and sanitized counter and are baked in a different oven.
